LABOUR VALUES OF EMPLOYEES IN BULGARIAN ORGANIZATIONS (1995-2014)
Abstract: This paper is an initial attempt to provide a generalized reflection on the research results of the longitudinal research project NATIONAL AND ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURES (1995-2014). The analysis is focused on determining the significance of 14 factors of organizational situation (labour goals / labour values). Drawing upon comparisons among the average value of each variable and their ranking the stability and dynamics of the studied labour values is determined. The paper provides a discussion of future possibilities to use the research results of the present investigation in a new research project. The research results have implications for understanding the situation in Bulgarian organizations – for managers, human resource management experts, etc.
